Audice Todd, 88, of Bay Springs, Mississippi, went home to be with her Lord Saturday, November 28, 2020 at the Jasper General Nursing Home in Bay Springs, Mississippi. She was born Monday, June 20, 1932 in Bay Springs, Mississippi and lived there most of her life.  She lived in Long Island, NY during her early years.

Graveside Service will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 at 2:30 PM at Holders Methodist Church Cemetery with Burial following. Bro. Darrell Hutto will officiate the services. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601) 764-2181

After returning to Bay Springs she worked at the Standard Drugs Pharmacy with Mr.& Mrs. W.B. Hutto.  She later went to work at Jasper General Nursing Home where she retired.  She loved her work there and became a resident in 2003 until her death.  She had some fruitful years there working with arts and crafts along with assisting residents.

She was a member of the Lake Como Baptist Church where she attended before going into the nursing home. She had unwavering love and dedication for her family.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, plants, puzzles and reading.  Her memories will be cherished by her children Ronnie and Debbie along with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Sarah V. Stockman; infant brother, James Stockman; brothers, Billy Stockman, Hollis Stockman, sister, Jane Herrington.

Survivors include son, Ronnie Roberts, and daughter, Debbie Bayless (Bobby); brothers, Sam Stockman, and Bo Stockman, sisters, Ruth Hutto, and Juanita Lay; grandchildren, Mitzi Walley (Chad), Brandi Craven (Nate), Betsy Bayless, Eric Roberts (Abby), Cory Roberts, and 5 great- grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Eric Roberts, Cory Roberts, Greg Hutto, Donald Brown, Chad Walley, and Nate Craven.

The family would like to give special recognition to the administrator, Becky Ulmer; Dr. Keith Lay and all the staff at Jasper General Nursing Home.
