Billy Dewayne Bailey, 57, of Raleigh, Mississippi, died Saturday, December 21, 2019 in Raleigh, Mississippi. He was born Wednesday, March 28, 1962 in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, December 23, 2019 at 3:00 PM at North Raleigh Cemetery and the Burial will follow in North Raleigh Cemetery. Bro. Michael Grubbs will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements. (601) 782-4544

Dewayne enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He left behind fond memories for his family to remember and cherish.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Wayne Bailey, paternal grandparents, Troy and Wilma Bailey, maternal grandparents, Amos and Helen Arender.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy Bailey, son, Dusty Bailey (Kimberly), daughters, Brittany Hawkins (Josh), Kaci Bailey, mother, Jeanette Arnold, grandchildren, Stella Delane Holder, Beau Bailey Hawkins, Bryce Joseph Hawkins, Christian Gage Purvis, Landon Blade Carlisle, sisters, Donnette Maner (Wayne), Michelle Bailey.

Pallbearers will be Josh Hawkins, Brian Martin, Johnathan Wade, Gerald Martin, Danny Arender  and Anthony Grayson.
