Bobbie Sharon Reid, 67, of Bay Springs, Mississippi, died Wednesday, April 03, 2019 at University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born Monday, December 3, 1951 in Quitman, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April  5, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the New Home Baptist Church in Bay Springs, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM at New Home Baptist Church and the Burial will follow in Phalti Cemetery. Bro. Charles Welch will officiate. Sharon was a member of New Home Baptist Church. She was a Registered Nurse and graduated from Jones County Junior College in 1986. She loved to write poetry and hymnals. Sharon cared more for family and putting them first before herself.

She was preceded in death by Lonnie Green King Sr. (Father), Bobbie Beatrice King (Mother), Lonnie Green King Jr. (Brother), Grady Marion King (Brother), William Ray King (Brother), James Roy King (Brother), and Helen Pearl King-Forschee (Sister).

Survivors include Jennifer Crews (Daughter), Amy McCraw (Daughter), Samuel Reid (Son), Zachary Russell (Grandson), Kendalen Pitts (Austin) (Granddaughter), AmberLee Crews (Granddaughter), Maggie Crews (Granddaughter), Johnny Crews (Grandson), Piper Williams (Great-granddaughter), Katie Moore (Ben) (Sister), and John Robert King (Patricia) (Brother).

Pallbearers will be Taylor Williams, Austin Pitts, Zachary Russell, David King, Richard Buckman, and Dewayne Buckman.
