April 29, 1939 – March 28, 2024
Bonnie Sue Middleton, 84, of Taylorsville, MS entered her heavenly home surrounded by her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Bonnie was a devoted Christian, and a longtime member of Lemon Christian Church and currently, Liberty Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, attending church, but most importantly spending time with her family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 29, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Liberty Baptist Church, 2807, MS-37, Raleigh, (Beezer Community) and also on Saturday, from 11:00 am until service time at the church.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Liberty Baptist Church, Raleigh. Burial will follow in Lemon Christian Cemetery. Bro. Rich Ables and Bro. Jeremy Smith will officiate.
Mrs. Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Middleton, Sr.; father, Emmett Webb; mother, Mavis Royals Webb; brother, John Franklin Webb and great-grandson, Ethan Dewayne Middleton.
Survivors include her sons, James Middleton (Angie) of Mize, Emmett Middleton (Melissa) of Taylorsville and Melvin Middleton, Jr. (Sandra) of Mize; daughter, Beth Sanderford (Pete) of Raleigh; twelve grandchildren: Susie Parish (Gary); Jessica Ashley (Timothy); Dewayne Middleton (Justin); Patrick Middleton (Ashley); Kimberly Jones (Jason); P.J. Sanderford; Candy Middleton; Rochella Wade (Christopher); Zachary Middleton (Maddie); Casey Middleton (Holly); Samuel Sanderford (Kayla) and Sean Middleton (Caitlyn) and nineteen great-grandchildren also survive.
Pallbearers will be Dewayne Middleton, Patrick Middleton, Zachary Middleton, Casey Middleton, Sean Middleton, P.J. Sanderford, and Samuel Sanderford.
Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Parish, Timothy Ashley, and Jason Jones.
Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements.
