Bro. George Darrell Craft, 80 of Raleigh, MS passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022, at his residence in Raleigh, MS. He was born Sunday, April 19, 1942 in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs, MS. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 10:00AM at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Raleigh, MS. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Raleigh, MS. Don Hicks will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. 601-764-2181

Bro. Darrell was a devoted Christian. He was a very kind and loving father and grand-father. He spent 50 years of his life serving our Lord. His favorite place in the world was serving the Lord in church. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Clint and Lessie Bell Moore Craft, sisters, Kay Milsaps, Juanita Bryant, brother, Ford Craft.

Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Charlotte Shumaker Craft, daughters, Sherry Andris (Armand), Janet Therrell (Terry), grandchildren, Aaron Andris (Kristen), Ashton Andris, Dustin Therrell, Billie Therrell, great-grandchildren, Ava Andris, Jackson Andris, Millie Andris, Samantha Therrell, Trey Therrell, Sophie Therrell, Ruston Therrell, sister, Claudette James (Otis), Faye Wicker.

Pallbearers will be David Phillips, Shawn Burkeen, Wayne James, Rodney James, Ladale Wicker, Joey Wicker, Aaron Andris, and Ashton Andris.
