Carla Diane Baughman, of Heidelberg, Mississippi, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at her residence. Born on June 30, 1982, in Laurel, Mississippi, Carla lived a long and fulfilling life.

She is preceded in death by her mother; Patsy Cannon, maternal grandparents; Eddy and Joyce Sims, paternal grandparents; J.C and Marie Dixon.

She is survived by her husband of 11 years; Barry Baughman, father; Buddy Dixon (Sam), sons; Jasper Ratcliff and Eddy Ratcliff, brother; Tracy Dixon (Courtney), sisters; Amy Murray (Nathan) and Alison Hendry, niece; Rayleigh Hendry, Carla is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held, Friday, May 22, 2026, at 2:00PM at Holders United Methodist Cemetery in Bay Springs, MS. Bro. Larry Sappington will officiate. Colonial Chapel of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Jasper Ratcliff, Eddy Ratcliff, Cash Pickel, Jeremy Brady, Tyler Cromwell, Zach Freeman and Tracy Dixon.
