Charles Henry Cook, 77, of Stringer, MS died Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Leakesville Rehab and Nursing Home in Leakesville, MS. He was born Monday, November 04, 1940 in Jasper County , MS.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Bay Springs City Cemetery in Bay Springs, MS. Rev. Daniel Smith will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601)764-2181
He is preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Lela Cook; son, Ronald Charles Cook; and seven siblings.
Survivors include his wife, Anna Faye Cook, son, Lonnie Cook (Kim), grandson, Matthew Wade (Mandy), step-son, James Lee Hosey; step-daughter, Anna Marie Penton and sister, Jewel Pittman; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
