Christine Gandy Crumpton, 80, of Raleigh, MS passed Tuesday, April 04, 2017 at Jasper General Nursing Home in Bay Springs, MS. She was born Friday, December 25, 1936 in Jones County, Mississippi.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 07, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 08, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery in Sylvarena, MS. Bro. Carey Bass will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601)764-2181
She is preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Bobby R. Crumpton, Sr.; parents, Milner Gandy and Lucinda Smith Gandy.
Survivors include her son, Bobby R. Crumpton, Jr. (Rita); daughter, Vera Mann; grand children, Jason Crumpton, Jacob Crumpton, Joshua Crumpton, Wil Mann and Katie Mann; and 6 great grand children.
Pallbearers will be Terry Byrd, Doug Wedgeworth, Larry Gandy, Frankie Gandy, Allen Crumpton, Jeff Crumpton.
