Daisy Marie Sistrunk, 78, of Raleigh, Mississippi, passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021. She was born Friday, November 27, 1942 in Lumberton, Mississippi.

Graveside Services will be held Monday, August 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Redmond Cemetery in Lumberton, MS.   Bro. Jesse Ladner and Bro. Glenn Hayman, Jr.  will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements. (601) 782-4544

She was preceded in death by her parents, Selmond and Vondell Redmond; and her sister, Kathy Redmond.

Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Irvin Sistrunk; her children, Judy Evans, James Sistrunk, and Vondel Anderson; sister, Debbie Bennett; grandchildren, Chasity Anderson, Cynthia McCann, Amy Sistrunk, Jamie Sistrunk, Jena Wilkins, and Cass Evans; and eleven great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be James Sistrunk, Clayton Walters, Caleb Walters, Ronnie Bennett, Cass Evans, and John Rivers.
