Danny Lane James, 66, of Bay Springs, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at his residence in Bay Springs, MS. He was born Wednesday, August 14, 1957 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Graveside services will be on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM, in Bethany Cemetery in Sylvarena. Bro. Charles Welch will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. 601-764-2181

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy C. James, and Mary Alice James; his grandson, Grady Larue Blansett; and his brother, Mitchell James.

Survivors include his wife, Terri James; his daughters, Amber Brown (Donald) and Autumn Blansett (Carey); and his grandson, Easton Anderson.

Pallbearers will be Carey Blansett, Donald Brown, Easton Anderson, and Larry Brawner.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Risher, John Phillip James, and Terry James.
