Dorothy Monique Moore of Raleigh, MS passed into the arms of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, June 15, 2026, at the age of 62 at her residence. Mrs. Dorothy was born April 20, 1964, to her parents Ernest Clay Moore and Sandra Brashears in Jackson, MS. Mrs. Dorothy graduated from Pearl High School and then earned an Associate of Arts degree before joining the workforce. Mrs. Dorothy loved to travel and worked in several states over the years.

Mrs. Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Clay Moore and Sandra Brashears.

Left to cherish her memory are her “bonus mother” Patricia Irene Moore; sons, Justin Clay Roberts, Jason Matthew Roberts, and Joshua Ray Roberts; grandchildren, Zane Christian Roberts, Brooklyn Grace Roberts, and Rosalie June Roberts; brother, Ricky Culpepper; sisters; Vicki Moore Evans (Howard), Patti Moore Graham (Anthony), and Katie Moore Dowler; and other extended family. Also surviving Mrs. Dorothy are her beloved friends and neighbors, many of whom she thought of as family.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
