Dorothy M. Phillips, 91, of Louin, MS died Monday, September 18, 2017 at her residence in Louin, MS. She was born Friday, February 12, 1926 in Jasper County, MS.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Burial will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Louin, MS. Bro. She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Jackson Montgomery; mother, Malisa Jane Gregory Montgomery; husband, Donald Edward Polaski; late husband, Arthur B. Phillips; daughter, Lindy Polaski Stevens; brothers, Clarence Benjamin Montgomery, Paul Truman Montgomery, Henry Marzell Montgomery, William Ovell Montgomery and James Nelson Montgomery; sisters, Bertha Pugh, Daisy Griffin, Gladys Griffin and Ona Victoria Gregory.

Survivors include her daughters, Donna Polaski Crocker, Louin, MS and JoAnn Craft Buckley (Thomas), Lafayette, LA; 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and special friend, James Stevens.

Pallbearers will be Michael Buckley, Scott Buckley, Patrick Buckley, Jimmy McKee, Ryan Purvis and Lee Griffin.

Honorary pallbearers will be James Stevens, Kenny Mayo and Windsel Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
