Elizabeth E. Phillips Bryant, 78, of Bayspring, MS passed away Friday, August 18, 2017 at Jasper General Nursing Home in Bay Springs, MS. She was born Wednesday, March 22, 1939 in Jasper County, MS.

Visitation will be held Monday, August 21, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Bethany Baptist Church in Bay Springs, MS. Burial will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Eddie Brady and Bro. Steve Pouncey will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601)764-2181

She is preceded in death by her parents, Artis C. Phillips and Docia Knotts Phillips; grandson, Joseph Ray Phillips; brothers, Ozell, Harmon, Lamar, Claudell Phillips; sisters, Janie Margrett Smith and Mary Joyce Phillips.

Survivors include her sons, Ellis Bennett and Cooper McNeil; daughter, Rhonda Phillips; grandsons, Michael Phillips, Jamie McNeil and great grandson, Kylan Phillps.

Pallbearers will be Jamie McNeil, Wallace Smith, J Gray, Danny Phillips, David Phillips, Bobby Phillips, Stanley Phillips, Michael Blakeney, James Purvis and Randall Bragg.
