Elizabeth Ann McMinn, 77, of Raleigh, Mississippi, died Monday, May 18, 2020 at MS Care Center in Raleigh, Mississippi. She was born Tuesday, June 23, 1942 in Union County, Mississippi.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Oscar Bishop, and Frances Elizabeth Robbins Melvin, grandparents, Joseph F. and Fannie Cook.

Survivors include her husband, Irwin Vincent McMinn, sons, Vince McMinn (Dianne), Kenny McMinn, grandchildren, Hannah McMinn, Mitchell McMinn, Casey McMinn, brother, James Victor Bishop, Aunt, Billie Allen, cousins, Fran Ponder and Burl Allen.
