Freddie M. Bergin, 88, of Paulding, MS died Monday, December 04, 2017 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. He was born Monday, September 23, 1929 in Paulding, MS.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 06, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs in Bay Springs. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 07, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Paulding, MS. Burial will follow in St. Michael's Catholic Church Cemetery in Paulding, MS. Freddie was a long time oil field worker and worked many years overseas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John Leonard Bergin and Bertha Harrington Bergin, sister, Mary K. Wright.

Survivors include his sister, Ann Caraway, Laurel, MS, brother, Hugh Bergin Sr. (Annette), Laurel, MS, sister, Therese Grant, Raliegh, MS, brother, Ray Bergin Sr. (Kitty), Kentwood, LA, brother, Paul Bergin, Paulding, MS and a host of neices and nephews and great-neices and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ray Wright, Frederick Grant, Robert Bergin, Raymond Bergin Jr., Hugh A. Bergin, Jr., Kenny Caraway.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jonathan Myrick, Shawn Myrick, Graham Bergin, Denny Caraway, David Prine, Tim Graves.
