Ginger Meade Tally, 83, died Thursday, March 4, 2021 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi. She was born Thursday, March 18, 1937 in Bay Springs, Mississippi. A longtime resident of Louin Mississippi, she was loved by many. Ginger was preceded in death by her husband, William Russell Tally, her daughter, Dorothy Alisa (Lisa) Tally, her parents, Elbert and Irma Wilson, 4 brothers: Howard Wilson, Paul Wilson, Max Wilson and Hubert Wilson (infant), 2 sisters: Nola Blanche Wilson Blakeney and Gwinn Wilson Fleming. She is survived by daughter, Donna Rogers and son, Jon Tally (Kettra), grandsons: Zack Vosen (Hilary), Andrew Rogers and Evan Tally, 2 great-grandchildren: Olivia and Rawson Luke Vosen, 1 brother, George Wilson and a host of nieces and nephews. Ginger was a faithful church member and Sunday School Teacher of 40 years. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a steadfast servant of the Lord.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs, Mississippi. Graveside Services will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Tally Family Cemetery with burial to follow. Bro. Leo Beatty will officiate.
