Glenn V. Stringer, 82, of Bay Springs, MS died Tuesday, December 06, 2016 at his home in Jasper County. He was born Thursday, September 20, 1934 in Jasper County, MS.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from12:30PM until 1:30PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs, MS, a graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Read's Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery in Louin, MS with Bro. He is preceded in death by: Father - Otis Stringer, Mother - Onie Stringer, Wife - Elizabeth Liz Stringer, Son - Stanley Dean Stringer, Brother - Lavelle Stringer and Brother - Troy Stringer.

Survivors include: Son - Nathan Stringer (Sue) of Bay Springs, MS, Son - Robert Stringer (Terri) of Bay Springs, MS; four grandchildren and 1 great-grandson.

Pallbearers will be Dustin Newcomb, Lee Sullivan, Mark Stringer, John Gamble, Jason Martin and Eddie Stevens.
