Grady Wayne Ainsworth, 75 of Bay Springs, MS passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at his residence in Bay Springs, MS. He was born Friday, July 28, 1950.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 4:00 PM until service time at Jesus Name Church of Sylvarena located at 2881 SCR 128, Raleigh, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Jesus Name Church of Sylvarena in Raleigh, Mississippi. Burial will follow in Jesus Name Church of Sylvarena Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. Bro Bill Walker will officiate. He was preceded in death by his father, Odie Ainsworth; mother, Ina Boykin Ainsworth.

Survivors include his wife, Irma Cox Ainsworth; son, Gerald Ainsworth of Ellisville, MS; daughter, Ina Ainsworth of Bay Springs, MS; brother, Rex Ainsworth; grandchildren, Jaco Abernethy, Ashley Ainsworth and Skylar Ainsworth; great grandchild, Olivia Ainsworth.

Pallbearers will be Gerald Ainsworth, Skylar Ainsworth, Cole Collins, Keith Buckley, Johnny Hand, and Bryan Hand.
