James Edwin Mathis, 63, of Bay Springs, MS died Sunday, August 06, 2017 at his home in Bay Springs, MS. He was born Monday, August 17, 1953 in Bay Springs, MS.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
The hobbies that Ed enjoyed were hunting and wood work. Some of his greatest memories were the times that he spent with his family. He will be truly missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his father, Causey F. Mathis.
Survivors include his, mother, Bonnie Grace Mathis- Ervin; daughter, Tara Hope Wilkerson, VA; son, Robert Allen Mathis, Ellisville , MS; son, James Christopher Mathis, Rosehill, MS; daughter, Cheri Danielle Waldrup, Purvis, MS and son, David Ryan Mathis, Moselle, MS.
