Janie Lou Garner Middleton, 78, of Taylorsville, MS died Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was born Monday, March 13, 1939 in Smith County, MS.

Visitation will be held Friday, November 03, 2017 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Unity United Methodst Church in Center Ridge, MS. Funeral service will follow at 11AM. Burial will follow at Unity Methodist Church Cemetery in Center Ridge, MS. Rev. Dianne Harms will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements. (601)782-4544

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Middleton; parents, Grover and Mary Lou Garner; brothers, Dale Garner and Billy Garner.

Survivors include her sons - Keith Middleton (Angela) and Randy Middleton; grandchildren, Chase Middleton, Bryce Middleton, Trent Middleton, Dorson Middleton, Jessica Middleton (Clint) and Ramsey Middleton; sister, Cedeen Walters; 5 great- grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Ben Lancaster, Phillp McMullan, Bobby Ainsworth, Danny Massey, Jeff Blakeney and Stacy Blakeney.

Honorary pallbearers will be Barry McCool and Albert Blackwell.
