Jean Arthur Bunyard, 80 of Raleigh, MS passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. She was born Tuesday, October 20, 1942 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Sardis Baptist Church in White Oak, MS. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at 11:00AM at Sardis Baptist Church in White Oak, MS. Burial will follow in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery in White Oak, MS. Bro. She was preceded in death by her husband, Toxie Ray Bunyard, Sr.; father, William Arthur Stevens; mother, Vera Viola Jones Hughes; step father, William Ance Hughes, brother, Ronnie Hughes.

Survivors include her sons, Toxie Ray Bunyard, Jr. and Chad Bunyard; daughters, Cindy Sumrall (Jeff), Lisa Thompson (Dr. Phil) and Jennifer Hardin (Steven) of Raleigh, MS; grandchildren, Jammy Hale, Brynn Hawkins (Dewayne) and Travis Bunyard; sisters, Pat Clower (Bob) and Laura Walker; great grandchildren, Hunter Hawkins and Heath Hawkins.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Adcock, Travis Bunyard, Jammy Hale, Steven Hardin, Rob Clower, and Dewayne Hawkins.

Honorary pallbearers are Hunter Hawkins and Heath Hawkins.
