Jim Henry Garner, 58, of Jackson, Mississippi, died Friday December 4, 2020, at his residence in Jackson, Mississippi. He was born Saturday, June 9, 1962 in Magee, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Eastside Baptist Church in Raleigh. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM at Eastside Baptist Church with burial to follow at Eastside Baptist Church Cemetery.

Jim was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing. Jim was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Garner and one brother, Dave Garner.

Survivors include his mother, Linda Anderson, one daughter, Tanya Garner, one son, Wesley Garner, two grandchildren, Rylee Petty and Paisleigh Garner, his step mother, Mary Garner, three brothers, Clay Anderson, David Weathersby (Sarah), Don Taylor, three sisters, Regina Garner, Michelle Tebo (Darren), Melissa Weathersby and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Clay Anderson, Matt Moseley, Ty Garner, Holden Meaux, Jimmy Mack Garner, and Logan Garner.

Honorary Pallbearer will be Joey Garner, and Darren Tebo.
