Jimmy Roy Wyatt, 80 of Brandon, MS passed away Monday, November 20, 2023, at his residence in Brandon, MS. He was born Monday, June 21, 1943, in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 10:00AM until 11:00AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh at 219 Sylvarena Ave, Raleigh, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 24, 2023, at 11:00AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh in Raleigh, Mississippi. Burial will follow in North Raleigh Cemetery in Raleigh, MS. Jim graduated from Raleigh High School and Mississippi State University with a degree in Poultry Science. After he retired from the State of Mississippi, he spent his time working on many projects, collecting antique cars, and loved making deals. Most of all, he enjoyed being with his family and friends. Jim will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roy Wyatt; mother, Josie Horn Wyatt; brothers, Joe Marcus Wyatt, Bob Wyatt and Neal Wyatt.

Survivors include his daughters, Lori Holloway (Ryan) and Kristina Axton (Tim); his beloved grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Ted McIntyre, Wesley Sebren, Jerryl Derrick, Marc Wyatt, Peyton Gowen, Rene Sumerall, and Brock Hudson.

Honorary pallbearers will be Cathy McIntyre, Ann Kelly Reed, Lisa Gibbons Hovas, Beverly Derrick, and Rebecca Myers.
