Joe Pat Bufkin, 75, of Louin, Mississippi, died Friday, May 31, 2019 at his residence in Louin, Mississippi. He was born Monday, August 16, 1943 in Jasper County, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June  3, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Liberty Baptist Church in Stringer, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 3, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Liberty Baptist Church and the Burial will follow in Liberty Cemerery. Bro. Stanley Doggett will officiate. Joe Pat was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. He served in the U.S Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hughie James and Inez Bufkin, son, Patrick Bufkin, brother, James Bufkin, sister, Jessie Mae Rustin.

Survivors include wife of 30 years, Deborah Bufkin, son, Anthony Bufkin (Michelle), daughter, Christina Daniels (Franklin), Sharon Nolan, Karen Nolan, Judith Nolan, host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother, Roy Bufkin (Sherry), sister, Frances Hendry, Hope Brown (Don), Sherry Spradley (Roy), Ruby Bonner (Richard).

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
