Joe Mack Martin, 77, of Raleigh, Mississippi, passed away Monday, March 30, 2020, at MS Care Center of Raleigh. He was born Monday, July 13, 1942 in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Private Family Graveside Services will be held Saturday, April 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM at North Raleigh Cemetery. Bro. Geary Walton will officiate. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date with Bro. Jeff Myers officiating. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements. (601) 782-4544

Joe served in the army and was a lifelong member of the MS Appaloosa Horse Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James "Buck" and Ella Mae (Waddell) Martin.

Survivors include his children, Cindy Martin Rogers of Denton, TX, Jeff Crain (Michelle) of Brandon, MS, and Bucky Martin of Raleigh, MS; four grandchildren, Victoria Rogers, Kyle Martin, Joshua Crain, and Carson Martin; two great-grandchildren, Kaylea Rogers and Madisyn Rogers; two sisters, Ann Albright (Bill) and Judy Burroughs (Gary); Several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jay Albright, Geoff Burroughs, Joshua Crain, Anthony Smith, Robert Wayne Martin, and Jimmy Ray Martin.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
