Joyce Mae Oswalt, 80 of Louin, MS left this world to meet her Lord on Friday, November 11, 2022 at the Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS.   She was born Sunday, February 22, 1942 in Coffeeville, Kansas.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Montrose Baptist Church in Louin, MS with funeral services immediately following in the church. Burial will follow in Montrose Cemetery in Louin, Mississippi. Bro. Jim Savell will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. 601-764-2181

Mrs. Joyce will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her for her kindness and sharp wit.  She was strong in her faith and loved to share and teach it to others.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Ray Oswalt and Lester Oswalt; parents, Paul and Jo Fiscus.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond B. Oswalt, Sr. of Louin, MS; grandsons, Justin Oswalt (Amanda), Corey Oswalt (Kayla) and Colby Oswalt (Chelsea); 5 great grandchildren; and special friend Janet Smith.

Pallbearers will be Justin Oswalt, Corey Oswalt, Colby Oswalt, Barkley Cooksey, Jack Willoughby, and Harry Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Smith, Tom Smith, and Blake Powell.
