Karen Sue Reid, from Taylors, SC, passed away peacefully at her home in Rose Hill, MS, on Monday, June 23rd, 2025. She was preceded by her mother, Edna Anne Turner, and father, Hal Leon Turner. She is survived by her children; Monica Poston (Boyce), Christina Foreman (Courtney), and Jason Foreman (Jill); her Grandchildren; Codie Roach (Nikki), Destiny Grant, Zach Poston, Breanna Logan, Quinten Barton, Aiden Poston, Maize Foreman, Dacy Foreman and Henry Foreman; her Great Grandchildren; Leilani Logan, Calyx Roach, Camilo Barton, Winry Roach, Julian Berdugo, and Layton Logan; her two sisters, Glenda Johnson (children Justin & Amy) and Julia Proffitt (husband Darrell, and children Josh, Chloe, and Madison). As well as Abigail Wilson and Willa Wilson.

Sue was a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, but most importantly a follower of Jesus Christ. She was a member of Wesley Independent Methodist Church, in Rose Hill, MS, and was dearly loved by her church family there. She was a student of God's Word and a prayer warrior for many. She loved her family very much and will be missed by many, but she is resting now in her Savior's arms in her new Heavenly home.

Funeral services for Miss Reid will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Wesley Independent Methodist Church in Rose Hill, Mississippi, at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time.
