Obituary

Kenneth Adron Craft, 55, of Raleigh, MS passed away Sunday, May 5, 2024 at his residence in Raleigh, MS. He was born Sunday, April 20, 1969 in Bay Springs, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh on 219 Sylvarena Ave, Raleigh, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh. The burial will follow in Double Church Cemetery Raleigh. Bro. Derek Bruce and Bro. Robbie Wells will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. 601-764-2181

Ken loved music and especially enjoyed playing bass guitar for Backroads. He also loved his work and was a skilled craftsman. Ken was a proud business owner of Ken Craft Flooring, LLC. He enjoyed what he did and took great pride in his work. Ken loved his family and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, P.L.  Craft, Jr.; mother, Janice Holifield Martin.

Survivors include his wife, Shelly Craft; daughters, Jessica Lee (Collin), Caitlyn Craft (Chris) and Morgan Craft; step-sons, Lee Jennings (Kayla) and Tyler Jennings; step-daughters, Brooke Bryant (Carter), Babbe Evans (Dillon) and Lexi Rodgers; sister, Kellie Martin (Jeff); Seven grandchildren, as well as a host of music family and friends.

Pallbearers will be John Douglas, Stacy Blackwell, Eddie Jenkins, Keith Thacker, Denny Bryant, and Gerry Hudson.

In lieu of flowers, the family humbly request that memorial contributions be made to the Hope Lodge in Jackson, MS.
