Lindy Polaski Stevens, 61, of Louin, MS died Monday, June 26, 2017 at home. She was born Sunday, April 29, 1956 in Morgan City, LA.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Louin, MS. Lindy loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them at their sporting events.

She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Polaski and step-father, Arthur B. Phillips.

Survivors include her mother, Dorothy Phillips, Louin, MS; daughter, Jennifer McKee (Jimmy), Bay Springs, MS, daughter , Bonnie Purvis (Ryan), Fellowship, MS; grandchild, Paxton McKee, Bay Springs, MS, Chelsea Bryant (Mason), Bay Springs, MS, Gracie McKee, Bay Springs, MS, Lauryn Purvis, Fellowship, MS and Logan Purvis, Fellowship, MS; great grandchildren, Max Bryant, Bay Springs, MS and Ava Bryant, Bay Springs, MS; sister, Donna Crocker, Louin, MS, sister, Jo Ann Buckley (Tom), Lafayette, LA and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Keith Braddock, Jody Winn, Kenny Mayo, Wendell James, Lee Griffin and John Keenan.
