Mrs. Mary Loretta Nichols Ainsworth, age 92, passed away on February 19, 2018.

Mary was born in Smith County, MS to Lafayette and Minnie Nichols.

She is survived by grandchildren, William Vinzant (Regina) and Becky Sullivan; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Merle Mason; a host of nieces, nephew, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by parents, Lafayette and Minnie Nichols, husband, Winford L. Ainsworth. daughter, Darlene Vinzant; son-in-law, Earl Vinzant; and infant great-grandchild, Jamie A. Sullivan.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, 21st of February, 2018 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh with Bro Rich Ables officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty (Beezer) Baptist Church Cemetery.
