Margie Ruth Chisholm, 74, of Louin, Mississippi, died Saturday, May 09, 2020, at her residence in Smith County, Mississippi. She was born Saturday, January 12, 1946, in Louin, Mississippi.

A Graveside Service will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 10:00 AM at Bay Springs City Cemetery with burial to follow in Bay Springs City Cemetery. Bro. Rusty Stockman will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 764-2181.

She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a beautiful person, and she loved her family very much. She loved her jewelry, and her flowers. She loved her Coca-Cola and her Gatorade with salt. She always had a brightness that everyone could see. She was a very good cook; she was also very generous.

She was a member of Sylvarena Baptist Church and a dedicated Christian who loved her church family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Bonnie Corley; brothers, Wayne Corley, and Gerald Corley.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years Frankie Chisholm; sons, Mark Chisholm (Maria), and Chris Chisholm; grandchildren, Hailee Chisholm, Dylon Chisholm, and Joshua Chisholm.

Pallbearers will be George Brown, Larry Hammons, Joel Houston, Chris Hennis, Jerrol Ainsworth, and Gird Warren.
