Obituary

Martha Ann Warren, 63, of Raleigh, Mississippi, died Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Central MS Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born Thursday, September 22, 1955 in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 from 5:30 PM until 8:00 PM at the Burns Baptist Church in Raleigh, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Burns Baptist Church and the Burial will follow in Burns Cemetery. Bro. Carey Bass will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements. (601) 782-4544

Martha was a member of Burns Baptist Church and also played the piano. She was a retired teacher of 28 years. She taught at Kiddie Kollege. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and teacher who loved spending time with kids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Braxton Lee Hawkins and Illma Hawkins Wagner, and sister, Lynda Saito.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, W.A. 'Buddy' Warren, children; William Warren (Miriam), John Warren (LeAnn), Michelle Westbrook (Jason), B.J. Warren (Adri), Zachary Warren (Kelli), grandchildren; Dalton Chace, Megan Eubanks (David), Courtney Warren, Blair Westbrook, Abbie Warren, Chloe Warren, Rosabella Warren, Braxton Warren, Justin Keller, Ashlyn Keller, Zachary Bartholomew, great-grandchildren; Chace Warren, Paisley Westbrook, Malayna Warren, Jermaine Chace, brother, Danny Hawkins (Brenda), and her dog, Willie, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Hawkins, Stevie Austin, Jared Smith, Junior Warren, Wilson Hallman and David Eubanks.
