Mary Ervin Gregory of Bay Springs passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022 in Gulfport, MS.  She was born on Tuesday, November 17, 1931 in Bay Springs, MS.  She was nearly a lifetime resident of her beloved Antioch community.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 12:00 PM until 2:00PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs.  The funeral services will be held at the funeral home chapel at 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Antioch Cemetery.  Bro. Steve Pouncey will officiate.  Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ferman Gregory Jr., parents, Richard and Eva Ervin, brothers; Richard Ervin Jr., Joe Ervin, and David Ervin, sister, Mildred Sims.

She is survived by daughter Kathy (Steve) Roberts, granddaughter Bridget (David) Vaughn, great grandchildren; Jackson Vaughn, Matthew Vaughn, and Mary Katherine Vaughn.  Also surviving her are nephews, Dean (Karen) Sims, Kenneth (Candi) Sims, Anthony (Valori) Ervin, niece, Stacy Smith along with a number of great nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be David Vaughn, Matthew Vaughn, Dean Sims,  Anthony Ervin,  Kenneth Sims, and Sean Sims

Honorary pallbearer Daniel Lightsey.
