Mr. Michael Allen Abercrombie, age 58, and a resident of Taylorsville, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at his residence.

Visitation will be 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 pm at Union Line Cemetery, Bro. Tony Kitchens will officiate the service.

Mike was born in San Diego, California. Mike loved his family with all his heart. Mike was known for his love of music. He could usually be found playing his guitar, and when not playing he could be found doing carpentry work or mechanic work. He loved helping his friends and neighbors. But most importantly he loved his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

He is preceded in death by his son, Michael Zachary Tyler Abercrombie, daughter, Piper Brookelle Abercrombie. He is also preceded by his grandparents; Frank and Inez Hennigan, George and Betty Jean Abercrombie.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Stacey Abercrombie; Son, Zachary Abercrombie; Parents Terry Abercrombie (Kathie) and Helen Abercrombie.

Pallbearers will be Bill Landry, Steve Landry, Dave Landry, Justin Ford, David Doggette, and Brian Smith.
