Michael Wade Smith, 43, of Bay Springs, Mississippi, went to be with the Lord Friday, June 15, 2018. He was born Monday, November 11, 1974 in Bay Springs, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Bay Springs and the Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery. Wade is survived by Stacy Smith, his daughters Whitley Moss (Zachary) and Ashtyn Smith,  his mother Gloria Spradley (James), his brother Kyle Smith (Amanda), his grandparents Billy H. and Fay Stringer and his father Terry Smith.

Wade was truly a loving father, husband, son, grandson and brother. He was loyal and was truly kind. No matter the circumstances Wade always saw the best in people, always had a smile on his face and he never met a stranger. He had a genuinely kind and loving soul and he will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
