Owen Glenn Sanders, 71, of Bay Springs, MS, born November 3, 1947, departed this earth on Friday, May 10, 2019, at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS.

Glenn was a Vietnam Veteran. During his time of service, he was a purple-heart recipient. He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and the W. E. King Masonic Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Faye Sanders; his parents, Walter and Estelle Sanders; and his brothers, Carl Sanders and Ronnie Sanders.

He is survived by his wife, Retha Pugh Sanders; his son, Lee Sanders; daughter, Lora Foreman; granddaughter, Madison Foreman; and brothers, George Sanders (Kay) and Billy Sanders (Dana). Other survivors include his extended family: Jason, Deanna, Rachel, and Michael Pugh; and Jason, Kim, Lauren, Rebecca, and Gracie Parker. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
