Pearlie Mae Sharp Ervin, 81, of Louin, MS died Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Jasper General Nursing Home in Bay Springs, MS. She was born Tuesday, June 09, 1936 in Jasper County, MS.

Visitation will be held Sunday, September 24, 2017 from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs with funeral services at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Louin, MS. Bro. Steve Pouncey will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601)764-2181

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jake Ervin; father, Joe Phillips; mother, Levie Phillips; daughter, Betty McDaniel; brothers, Waylon, J.C. and William Phillips.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Felicia Knotts (John); Kelly Bankston, ; and Charles J. McDaniel; great grandchildren, Austin Knotts; Dylan Knotts, Lexie McDaniel; Austin L. Bankston; Zack Bankston; and Danielle Bankston all of Louin, MS.

Pallbearers will be Danny Atchley, Walter Phillips, Austin Knotts, Zack Bankston, Austin Bankston, Dylan Knotts, Terry Phillips and John David Thornton.
