Randolph "Oot" McMullan, 88, of Bay Springs, Mississippi, died Monday, July 20, 2020, at his home. He was born Tuesday, November 17, 1931 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 from 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM at the Jesus Name Church of Sylvarena in Raleigh, Mississippi. Funeral Services will follow at 10:00 AM at Jesus Name Church of Sylvarena. Burial will be in the Jesus Name Church of Sylvarena Cemetery. Bro. Bill Walker will officiate. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elnora McMullan and his grandparents, Pete and Mary McMullan.

Survivors include his wife of 67 years, Elaine McMullan; two sons, Eddie McMullan (Dawn) and Danny McMullan (Flora); 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be friends and grandsons.

Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Windham, Loyd Westbrook, Junior Craft, Jimmy Hollingshead, Jack Blackwell, and Roger Stringer.
