Robert E. Eastering, 80, of Raleigh, MS died Wednesday, April 05, 2017 at his home in Raleigh, MS. He was born Saturday, December 12, 1936 in Scott County, MS.

Visitation will be held Friday, April 07, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh in Raleigh. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 08, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh in Raleigh, MS. Burial will follow in Bryant Cemetery in Raleigh, MS. Bro. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Henry Eastering and Maggie Easterling.

Survivors include his spouse, Jeanette Bryant; daughter, Dianne Kelly (George); daughter, Sue Barlfield (Robert); son, Robert E. Eastering, Jr.; son, Louie Brooks; Step children, Donna Ivey, Oree Bryant, Keith Braynt, Judy Brewer, Ricky Bryant, Rosemary Smith, Teresa Bryant, Dena Green, Adrien Loper, Scott Hudson and Matthew Hudson; a host of grand children, great grand children, great great grand children, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Adrien Loper, George Allen, Oree Bryant, Keith Bryant, Ricky Bryant and Doug Blakeney.

Honorary pallbearers will be Rodney Smith, Lance Green and Jack Turner.
