Sheila Ann Phillips, aged 58, of Raleigh, passed away on December 28, 2024, in Jackson, MS. Born on March 27, 1966, Sheila was a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother. She is survived by her two daughters, Zoei Berry and Heather Mozingo, her sister Brenda Bruce, and her two granddaughters, Claire Beech and Chloe Cockrell, along with a host of nieces and nephews. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie Lee and Linda Ruth Phillips, her sisters Lori Maas and Kathy Easter, and her brothers William Michael Phillips and Gerald Allen Phillips.

Sheila loved going to church, fishing, walking, and spending time with her family. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held at Colonial Chapel of Raleigh on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM, with funeral services to follow at 12:00 PM, officiated by Brother Larry Dennis. Arrangements have been entrusted to Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.
