Shirley Boykin, 76, of Brookhaven, MS, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2024 in Brookhaven, Mississippi. She was born Friday, May 2, 1947 in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh on 219 Sylvarena Ave, Raleigh, Mississippi. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. The burial will then take place at Liberty Baptist Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her father, Percy Morgan; mother, Bessie Mae McAlpin Watts; and brothers, Kenny Morgan and Ronnie Watts.

Survivors include her son, Chris Mayfield; daughters, Kay Mayfield (Buddy French) and Wanda Mayfield;  brothers, Clifton Morgan (Danvis) and Donnie Watts;  sisters, Nancy Mixon (Roy) and Hilda Powell (Nathan Sigrest);  grandson, Dakota Mayfield;  granddaughters, Felicia Graham (Brett), Alicia Mars (Bubba Breland) and Madison Mayfield;  great grandsons, Tristan Smith, Wyatt Smith, Raleigh Graham and Braxton Graham;  great granddaughter, Harper Graham; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Tristan Smith, Wyatt Smith, Dakota Mayfield, Dale Bufkin, Nathan Sigrest, and Brett Graham.
