A service celebrating the life of T J Clardy, Jr. will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Christian Life Fellowship.  Pastor Harvey Williams and Bro. Robert Crouch will officiate.

Mr. Clardy, age 58, and a resident of Rankin County, passed away Sunday, September 17, 2023 after a long hard fight. He was a graduate of Independence High School and served in the United States Marine Corp. He was a longtime resident of Rankin County and worked as a local business manager. He was a dedicated and loving husband, father and Papaw. He enjoyed coaching little leagues and was an avid New Orleans Saints and Ole Miss Rebels fan. Spending time at the beach and fishing were favorite past times. He will be missed by those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father, T J Clardy, Sr. and his mother, Betty Jean DeLaughter.

Survivors include his wife of eleven years, Jackie Clardy of Brandon;  son, Trevor Clardy of Brandon;  daughters, Kayla Magee (Timothy) of Canton, BreAnna Godsy of Brandon and AreeAnna Owens of Brandon;  grandchildren, Elvert Magee, Emberson Magee and Weston Adams;  brothers, Ronnie Clardy of Nettleton, Lonnie Clardy (Theresa) of Caldonia and Buddy Clardy (Debra) of Columbus;  sisters, Sandra Boyette (Randy) of Columbus and Martha Eddy of West Point; several  nieces, nephews, friends and other extended  family members.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2023 beginning at 2:00 pm at Christian Life Fellowship, 65 SCR 504, Forest, MS 39074.

Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements.
