Thelma Christine Chatham, 89, of Rose Hill, Mississippi, died Monday, December 16, 2019, at her home. She was born Thursday, May 8, 1930 in Dothan, Alabama.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Rose Hill. Funeral Services will at 2:00 PM. Burial will be in Green Valley Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Cody Bruce will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601) 764-2181

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Chatham; her parents, Alton and Eva Adams; her sister, Colleen Williams; a brother-in-law, Jimmy Chatham and a son-in-law, Jimmy Reynolds, Sr.

Survivors include children, Susan Reynolds, Nancy Chamblee (David), and Ronna Nichols; sisters, Dene Chatham (Charlie), Jean Brooks, and Maxine Morris (Riley); sisters-in-law, Cindy McCormick (Doc) and Janice McAfee; grandchildren, Dale Reynolds, Jr., Crissy Bufkin (Heath), Erica Dear (Ben), Brittney Hamrick (John), and Ashley Hamrick; great-granchildren, Meribella Bufkin, Mylee Reis Bufkin, Ayden Dear, Merritt Dear, Rhett Purvis, Bryce Purvis, and Holli Raley.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Lewis, Shannon Buster, Tyler Ulmer, Heath McLemore, Jon Bishop, and Billy Dear.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Reynolds, Sr. and Chuck Chatham.
