Tressie Ann Stringer, 72, of Bay Springs, Mississippi, died Sunday February 2, 2020 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. She was born Monday, December 8, 1947 in South Carolina.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Bethany Baptist Church in Bay Springs, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Bethany Baptist Church in Bay Springs, Mississippi and the Burial will follow in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in Bay Springs, Mississippi. Tressie Ann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a wonderful cook and caregiver. She was loved and gave love to all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ellis Brewer Sr.; mother, Maudie Mae Brewer; brothers, Ellis Brewer Jr. and Johnny Brewer; sister, Mary Mae Stringer.

Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Darrell Stringer Sr.; son, Darrell Stringer Jr. (Carol); grandchildren, Skyler Daniel Stringer, Landon Dylan Stringer, Myles Delane Stringer, Joshua Brayden Smith, and Tristyn Jayce Swanner; sister, Cindy Finch (Arlin); sister in-law, Bonnie Stringer (Cooper); nieces, Kristina Smith, Jimmie Lynn Butler, and Deborah Ann Stringer.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
