Warren Brett Yelverton, 57, of Sylvarena, MS died Saturday, December 10, 2016 at his residence in Sylvarena, MS. He was born Thursday, September 03, 1959 in Newton, MS.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs in Bay Springs. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs in Bay Springs, MS. Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery in Sylvarena, MS. Mr. Yelverton's first love was his family. He took great pride is his job as a Chemical Salesman for the Oilfield business. He was an avid outdoorsman and also enjoyed playing the game of golf.

He is preceded in death by his father, Lefter Gary Yelverton, stepfather, Henry Bucklew, sister, Kimberly Burton, grandparents, Willis and Winnie Sullivan Grant and grandparents, Earl and Eva Dee Gatewood Yelverton.

Survivors include his mother, JoAnn Bucklew, Laurel, MS; daughters, Valerie Hansen (Roger), Tulsa, OK; Stacy Collins (Mason), Ellisville, MS; and Brittany Windham (Jared), Bay Springs, MS; son, Garrett Yelverton, Jackson, MS; grandchildren, Lee Durbin, Tulsa, OK; Joe Hansen, Tulsa, OK; Kate Collins, Ellisville, MS; Dru Collins, Ellisville, MS; Jakob Windham, Bay Springs, MS and Emmie Windham, Bay Springs, MS; sisters, Connie A. Smith (Gary), Ellisville, MS and Terri Campbell, Sylvarena, MS; brother, Brian Yelverton (Charlene), Sylvarena, MS and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Gary Smith, John Robert Carpenter, John Campbell, Malcolm Campbell, Alex Campbell, Donald Thornton and Nick Hillman.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jared Windham, Mason Collins and Roger Hansen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Batson's Children Hospital in Jackson, MS.
