W.C. Rayner, 83, of Bay Springs, Mississippi, passed away Thursday, December 30, 2021 at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, December 6, 1938 in Bay Springs, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs in Bay Springs, Mississippi. Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs and the Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery. Bro. Darrell Craft will officiate. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ollie Rayner, parents, Allen and Betty Rayner, son, William Hugh Rayner, siblings, Clinton Bud Rayner, Jack Allen Rayner, Clyde Rayner, Udell Rayner, Betty Jean Hayes, Irene Ladner, Orene Warden.

Survivors include his sons, Thomas Rayner (Patsy), Jerry Rayner, Nathan Rayner (Kim), grandchildren, Amanda Harper (Brian), Steaphine Morgan (Charles), Heather McLemore (Damian), Josh Allen Rayner, Joseph Rayner, Brittany Yelverton (Brian), great-grandchildren, Jackson Harper, Abby Harper, Luke Harper, Briana Goldman, Kristin Guidry, Autumn Yelverton, Eli Rayner, sisters, Addie Bell Rayner, Bobby Jean Holt.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Rayner, Jerry Rayner, Nathan Rayner, Charles Morgan, Brian Harper.
