Ashley Deese, 32 of Bay Springs, MS, died Thursday, December 26, 2013 in Smith County. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at Sylvarena Baptist Church in Sylvarena, MS. Rev. Rusty Stockman will officiate the services. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 from 4:30-7:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel .

She enjoyed a number of outdoor activities. Gardening, hunting, and fishing were some of her favorites. She also enjoyed cooking, camping and spending time with her family and friends. She was a devoted, loving mother and wife who always put family and friends first.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Angela Hollingsworth, her grandfather Benny McCrory, and her great grandfather and great grandmother Lace and Mabel Hancock.

She is survived by her husband Ken Deese of Sylvarena, two children, Austin Hollingsworth Deese and Avery Deese of Sylvarena, her father and step mother, Randy Hollingsworth and Peggy Hollingsworth her grandmother, Rachel McCrory, her step grandmother, Dean McCrory, and 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
